fighting for the ground showing how gravity exists.
It’s dancing on Chicago, her ceilings dropping cold, white dust
It’s been there for a while, it steely sheen has gone to rust.
Is it spread out like a blanket over a child we adore
or laid out like a towel over oil on the floor
there may be a reason we should hold this canopy tight
